WHO: IMPACT is a citizens advocacy group

WHAT: IMPACT's purpose is to represent neighborhoods and residents from all areas of Marietta in an effort to preserve and enhance the city's quality of life.

WHEN: IMPACT meetings are posted on the website. Watch for email notification and check website.

WHERE: Most of our meetings are held at Marietta Fire Station No. 1 in the downstairs conference room. You can call Laura van Mever at 404-379-7800 to confirm the location or to get more information.

WHY: So Marietta residents can have a permanent voice in their local government. By forming a city-wide organization that advocates citizen input in the decisions about the city, IMPACT hopes to mark a whole new relationship between citizens and the government.
